• The remainder of the payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• If reservation is made within 90 day period from arrival, then 100% of total reservation value is required for confirmation of booking.

• 25% of total reservation value is forfeited if cancelled between 60 and 45 days from arrival.

• 50% of total reservation value is forfeited if cancelled between 45 and 30 days from arrival.

• 100% total reservation value is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
